Mission

Mr. Garg recognized that there were sections of the world community that were underserved in the real estate market and the numbers were increasing.  He has since made it his mission to provide secure, profitable and affordable real estate investment opportunities to this dramatically neglected community.  His mission led him to overseeing affordable housing construction projects in Latin America.  He is known as an expert developer and builder of affordable housing for Hispanics.  He holds his convictions and commitments close to his heart.  And remains responsible and accountable for generating passive, recurrent and residual income and profits for his shareholders, investors and clients.

Business

Luis Garg’s resume of compassion includes designing, developing, and implementing systems to build one hundred complete houses per day. Mr. Garg may have retired from building houses in Latin America, but the entities he created became a public company that has the powerful resources to build more than 36,000 homes a year in Latin America. 

Mr. Garg currently pursues his passion for building affordable housing for the booming Hispanic marketplace as he sees this as an ever increasing and greatly underserved marketplace that offers sustained profitability as well as filling an important social need.  As a Wealth Coach, Luis Garg taught wealth creation, financial freedom, and financial management systems for various transformational, network-marketing, and success organizations.  He created the International Success Institute to teach the Secrets of Real Wealth.

After 45 years as an independent entrepreneur, Mr. Garg continues to swim forward.  He Created the Drop of Life philanthropic project to eliminate the tragedy of children dying from biologically contaminated water worldwide with self-sustaining, financially viable business structures and entrepreneurial efficiency systems.

Mr. Garg knows the business world.  His nearly 5 decades of experience allowed him to form  a network marketing organization achieving 540,000 independent distributors in 4 years with a rapid exponential growth in sales of nutritional products to the level of selling $2,000,000 US per week.   Is currently the company’s  #1 world distributor.

Community

No community would be prouder to call Mr. Garg their own.  He is literally apart of an international community of humanitarians, with the work he has done to across South American and North American borders.  He also actively serves as the head volunteer for the Prison Ministry at his church, responsible for serving 15,000 prisoners and their families.

Mr. Garg now holds it as his personal mission to become the “Charles Schwab” of real estate investing using Secured Promissory Notes collateralized by Deeds of Trust as a secure, profitable and powerful passive investment tool available to everyone.

It was during one of Mr. Garg’s wealth coaching sessions that he recognized the need for a way to empower average investors to share in his real estate profits with the opportunity to participate in the power of profitable and secure real estate investing without having to get their hands dirty or personally manage tenants.   From his moment of enlightenment, he created a System (RealFund®) that provides Profitable, Affordable and Secure Real Estate Participation for Everyone.

Family and Education

Born in Mexico City in April 1945 of Basque (French and Spanish) parents, Luis Garg went on to obtain a Bachelor degree in Architecture, a Masters of Business Administration, and a PhD in Urban Design and City Planning.  He has been a university professor of construction administration and management systems, and is an author of several training manuals, a keynote speaker, and a seminar leader. As a single parent, Mr. Garg raised a son who is currently a Surgeon Doctor and a graduate of Harvard Medical School. In his teen years, Mr. Garg was an Olympic swimmer and team captain, winning Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in the Pan-American games and other competitions. He is still in perfect health, exercising daily, and enjoys jogging, sailing, and skiing.
